Return & Exchange Policy

 

1.     All products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, we only accept exchange for incorrect order or damaged item(s) within 14 days of receipt of your order.

2.     Return & exchange are only valid for purchase(s) made on our official ONLINE SHOP.  

3.     To be eligible for an exchange, returned product(s) must be unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. 

4.     We will process the exchange within 14 days of receipt of the returned item(s). Please be patient. 

5.     Exchanged items are only permitted for a one-time exchange. 

6.     We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or items lost during the return process.

7.     We reserve the right to decline your return & exchange request. 

 

✦ How to return?

 

1.     Please email to info@mikuhoshi.com (Tell us your full name, order number, reason for the exchange). 

2.     We will send you a return & exchange form. 

3.     You should print out the return & exchange form and send us the form together with the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. 

4.     Once your return or exchange has been received and processed, you will be notified via email.  

*Please return via a tracked service.  

*Please retain your proof of delivery for your records, until we confirm by email that we have received your parcel.  

*Damaged or lost items cannot be refunded or exchanged.  

*We have the right to reject your return & exchange if you do not follow our return process.
