Warranty & Repairs

 

Warranty only covers manufacturer defects. Neglect, abuse, and wear and tear are not covered. Free repair within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. Please check FAQs for details.

 

Shipping fee

If you return the item within 14 days of receipt of your order, you will not be charged for return shipping fee (for local orders only). Otherwise, the cost of the return parcel will be borne by you.

 

How to Return?

1.    Please email to info@mikuhoshi.com (Tell us your full name, order number, detailed description of the repair ). 

2.    We will send you a repair request form. 

3.    You should print out the repair request form and send us the form together with the item(s) you wish to repair via courier. 

4.    Once the above item has been received and processed, you will be notified via email.  

*Please return via a tracked service.  

*Please retain your proof of postage for your records, until we confirm by email that we have received your parcel.  

*Damaged or lost items cannot be refunded or repaired.  

*We have the right to reject your warranty or repair request if you do not follow our return process.

What does our warranty cover?

1.     Clasps replacement

2.     Soldering work

3.     Loose huggies clasps

4.     Natural gemstone stones falling out (Available only if you have the stones) 

 

Exclusions

1.     Any damage caused by abuse. (eg. Being hit or knocked by a heavy object.)

2.     Any damage caused by natural wear and tear. (eg. Deformed ring , deformed huggie hoop earrings and deformed ear posts.)

3.     Any damage caused by neglect. (eg. Scratches on the surface. Exposure to acid, soap, perfume and chemicals.)

4.     Sale item / Gift set / Freebie / non-Mikuhoshi or Mssli Collection products are not applicable for warranty and repairs.

 

How to return?

Can I exchange to new jewelry?

Only exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the incorrect or damaged item(s).

 

What happens when my jewelry warranty expires?

In the event that you seek repair for your damaged jewelry after the warranty period, you will be liable for the repair cost and shipping cost. Moreover, we reserve the right to refuse your warranty and repair request.

 

Repair Charges

We will be pleased to provide our customers with a repair’s quotation if your item can be repaired after the warranty period. Please email to info@mikuhoshi.com (Tell us your full name, order number, and detailed description of the repair ). We will get back to you with the fee quotation of the repair.
