Order Processing

Your order (except for pre-order products) will be processed within 4 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).

  

Shipping Methods

Hong Kong, China, Macau & Taiwan:

Door to door delivery: The products will be delivered by S.F. Express to the address stated on your order information.

Free shipping (HK) for orders over HKD800 (after discount is applied).
Free shipping (China, Macau & Taiwan) for orders over HKD1000 (after discount is applied).

International Shipping:

Free shipping for orders over HKD2000 (after discount is applied).

International orders will be delivered by DHL/EMS/FedEx/UPS.

After arrangement of delivery of your order, we will send an email to you with the courier's tracking number for tracking your order.

 

Taxes and Duties

1.      China, Taiwan and International orders may be subject to taxes and duties. Please visit your local customs department website.

2.      We ship your package DDU(Delivered Duty Unpaid). Thus, we only calculate product price during checkout.

3.      All applicable customs and taxes are borne by the customer.

4.      Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s).

5.      Customs authorities have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

6.      Product price do not include custom or tax (including VAT). You are responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
